What is pretreatment test kit TQC ?
TQC Pretreatment test kit is especially composing to control all relevant parameters during the pre-treatment of steel prior to painting. From surface preparation process such as surface roughness and comparation, surface dust level test, surface contamination test for salt and also total chloride, etc.
The strong suitcase with smart selection of inspection and measuring devices for easy carrier, and that also assist the paint inspectors on doing survey and inspection the blast cleaned job.
The TQC PTK is available both BASIC KIT and FULL KIT.
The BASIC KIT contains a Bresle Test for surface and blast media measurements. A Dust Test kit and also Telescopic inspection mirror. The FULL KIT has a large number of extra items as described in the datasheet, is also possible to make a selection out of the optional items.

Sp7310 TQC Bresle Test Kit according to ISO 8502-6 and also ISO 8502-9. Describe that the Bresle Method to assess the level of soluble salts test.
SP3200 TQC Dust Test Kit according to ISO 8502-3. Is use to check the level of dust content in blasted surface.
