The instruments contained in this kit will provide that person, when properly trained, with the minimum inspection instruments normally required for verifying ambient conditions, surface temperatures, degree of cleanliness, anchor profile, wet film thickness, and dry film thickness, etc. As the coating industry grows, technology changes, and the cost of a coating program becomes a major investment. The documentation requirements for each step of that program has also become more stringent.

TQC PTK is especially composed to control all relevant parameters during the pretreatment of steel prior to painting.
From surface preparation proses such as surface roughness measurement and comparation, surface cleanest test for dust level, surface contamination test for salt and total chloride, etc.
Each Inspection Kit contains: PosiTector Gage Body (Standard or Advanced). Select from 12 pre-configured kits or build your own custom kit.
The PosiTector Smart Link is a small piece of hardware that physically connects to new and existing PosiTector probes, and wirelessly connects to a free PosiTector app, after that turning it into a virtual PosiTector gage.
