Description
Automatic Krebs Digital Viscometer.
TQC Digital viscometer is widely uses to measure the determination of viscosity. Such as paints, coatings, inks, adhesives and pastes both in production process and also laboratory quality control according to Krebs KU. The meter is both highly accurate and simple to use, making it suitable for research as well as production environment.
Digital Krebs viscometer
Brought to you by TQC Sheen, our paint specialist testing brand. This industry-leading krebs viscometer uses a paddle immersed in a vessel containing a fixed volume of the paint under test. A constant speed motor drives the paddle at exactly 200 r.p.m. and also the torque induced is proportional to the viscosity of the sample and is converted into viscosity (cP), Krebs units (KU) and weight units (g). The Unit equipped with a clear display and easy for user to interface, that will ensure highly reproducible results in fully automatic measuring cycles.
Krebs viscometer DV2300 measurements
You get a direct, accurate reading in KU (Krebs units), cP (centipoise) or g (grams). The unit conversion is done automatically by the instrument and also shown on the LCD display. Depending on the setup the measurement is manual and continuous with all three units shown or just one unit shown with max hold functionality or automatic and also timed after a set delay.
Rotational Viscometer – Design
Due to the sturdy design of our viscometers, you can use it in the laboratory but also in a harsh production environment. Rotational viscometers measure the viscosity of the sample by turning a spindle in a cup.

Specification
The Sheen Multi Spindle (touch screen) technology to measure viscosity quickly, accurately and also conveniently with a modern, high-tech technology. Powerful, far from the comparable previous LCD viscometer. The custom selectable spindle and also speed combinations help users quickly and accurately obtain sample viscosity and also related data. The 5-inch color touch screen provides a comprehensive and visual display of various parameters and operating conditions. It has obvious advantages such as many measurement parameters. Such as rich display content, convenient operation, intuitive reading, high measurement accuracy, stable rotation speed, strong anti-interference performance and also wide working voltage. Viscometers are widely used in a variety of fluids production that require viscosity measurement. Including paints, coatings, cosmetics, inks, pulp, food, oils, starches, solvent-based adhesives, latexes, biochemicals, and other more.
