A handy pocket size Thermapen digital thermometer with fold-able stainless steel probe. Available in two versions of the Thermapen are available, one with a ribbon surface probe, and another with a penetration probe. The surface probe is ideal measuring the temperature variety of flat surfaces, i.e. hotplates, pipework, bearings, etc. The versatile penetration probe with a pointed, general purpose tip is suitable for liquid and also semi-solid insertion.

When the probe is unfolded the instrument automatically turns on, the unit will turned off by folding the probe back.
The large digital display temperatures  with a precise read-out over the range of -49.9 to 299.9 °C with a 0.1 °C resolution and an accuracy of ±0.4 °C with resolution 1°C.
